Where you use a charging network or utility program operated under someone else's brand, that organisation is normally the controller and we act as their processor — their notice governs, and ours explains what we do on their behalf. If you are not sure which applies, ask us and we will tell you.
Each notice and set of terms carries a version number and an effective date at the top. When we make a material change we notify affected users before it takes effect, and previous versions are available on request.
